Our History
WellCare Homes was established in 2017 by Robert Hernandez and Francis Bagasan. As a family-owned business, we are dedicated to fostering compassion, understanding, and promoting independence and inclusion within our communities. Through our years of experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities, we have recognized the critical need for specialized services and support tailored to those with complex behavioral, mental, and medical challenges. As a result, WellCare Homes has expanded its range of services and support to address these needs and enable them to lead a successful, independent life within their communities.
Today, WellCare Homes offers a diverse range of residential services, including enhanced behavior support, crisis intervention, and 24-hour nursing care, tailored to meet the unique needs of those we serve.
